What is led diffuser film?

LED diffuser film primarily consists of a three-layer structure: a scratch-resistant layer + transparent PET base layer + diffusion layer. Light enters from the bottom scratch-resistant layer, then passes through the highly transparent PET base layer. It is then scattered by the diffusion particles dispersed within the diffusion coating, creating a uniform diffuse light source. Most diffusion particles are spherical in shape, functioning similarly to convex lenses. As light passes through these particles, it is focused within a specific exit angle, thereby enhancing the brightness of the emitted light. Additionally, particles of varying sizes within the diffusion layer ensure that light does not exit the diffusion film directly, thereby achieving a fogging effect.
