A acrylic light guide plate serves as the medium for light transmission, constructed from optical-grade acrylic material. Through computer-aided design, dot patterns are strategically arranged and laser-etched onto the base surface of the acrylic plate. When LED light enters the plate from the side, the light refracts at the dots or lines, causing the reflected light to diffuse to all corners and then scatter across the surface of the light guide plate, resulting in uniform illumination. Acrylic light guide plates feature ultra-thin transparency, uniform light distribution, energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, no dark zones, and simple, quick installation and maintenance. The laser-etched dot pattern design represents a successful technical application for light guide plates, offering greater flexibility and better results compared to traditional screen printing or engraving methods. Different dot patterns further enhance the performance of the light guide plate to its fullest potential.
