Why Laptop Screen Need Polarizer Film
The imaging function of an LCD display relies on three main parts: the backlight, liquid crystal, and polarizer film. The polarizer sheet filters light by polarization, while the liquid crystal controls the light’s polarization direction using electricity. When powered on, the backlight emits light. If the liquid crystal is off, light with the wrong polarization is blocked by the polarizer film. If it’s on, the light passes through.

The polarizer film should never be folded during storage or installation. - Sort Before Use
Grade A and edge-cut pieces should be visually sorted before production. - Ensure Clean Surface
Before applying the polarizer film, make sure all cleaning liquid on the LCD surface has completely evaporated. - Proper Cutting Direction
When cutting ultra-wide temperature polarizer films, make sure the adhesive side is facing down.
