What Is a Light Guide Plate?
The design principle of light guide plate is derived from the LCD screen of laptop computer. It is a high-tech product that converts line light source into surface light source. Optical grade acrylic is used as the base material. It uses LCD screen and laptop backlight module technology. Through the high light conductivity of light guide point, the light guide point is calculated by computer, so that the light of light guide panel is refracted into a uniform light state of surface light source for manufacturing. The product adopts the principle of spectral analysis combined with digital UV printing technology and is made under constant temperature, constant humidity and dust-free environment. It has the distinctive characteristics of ultra-thin, ultra-bright, uniform light guide, energy saving, environmental protection, no dark area, durable, not easy to yellow, simple and quick installation and maintenance.
Working principle of light guide plate:
The light guide sheet uses optical grade acrylic sheet, and then uses high-tech materials with extremely high reflectivity and no light absorption to print light guide points on the bottom of optical grade acrylic sheet using UV screen printing technology. Optical-grade acrylic sheets are used to absorb the light emitted from the lamp and stay on the surface of the optical-grade acrylic sheets. When the light hits each light guide point, the reflected light will spread to various angles, and then destroy the reflection conditions and be emitted from the front of the light guide plate. Through various light guide points of different densities and sizes, the light guide panel can emit light evenly. The purpose of the reflective sheet is to reflect the light exposed from the bottom surface back into the light guide film to improve the efficiency of light use.
